Communication

The communication between the user and tutor is accomplished either through email or through forum interface. The cost rate relates to a specific volume of information received by the user and measured in a number of words as calculated by the MS Word processor. The tutoring cost rate refers to 400 words (approximately one page of text written with a 10 pcs font) of the text messages sent to the user by the tutor. Each message from the tutor will have a notation indicating the left over message capacity. The tutor will try to send out concise answers. If the user needs clarification, the tutor will extend the answer as needed. If the purchased tutoring package has been exhausted in full and the user requires more of tutoring, he or she can purchase additional tutoring time. The maximum number of tutoring requests for a single user is 10.
