The Academy of HVAC Engineering Ltd. (“Academy”) grants Customer a limited license to access and make personal use of the website www.hvac-academy.com (“site”). This license forbids any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents.

Copyright of the Academy’s site, products and services belongs to the Academy as outlined by the Canadian Copyright Act and international copyright laws.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Academy attempts to provide the design tools and to describe the methods as accurate as possible. However, the Academy does not warrant those tools and methods or other contents of this site as accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. Academy disclaims all warranties and conditions, expressed or implied, in respect to its products, services and any information received from this site or Academy. In no event is the Academy and its employees liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data, breach of confidentiality or business interruption) resulting from any use of the Academy’s products and services, the use or inability to use the Academy's site or the material and information received from the Academy whether based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, operation of law, or any other legal theory. In no event is the Academy liable for damages in excess of the amount paid by Customer for the product or service in question.

DELIVERY

The purchased products will be delivered within five business days from the date of purchase to the email address specified in the Customer's PayPal account. The guide is delivered in pdf-format watermarked with the Customer's License ID. Updated versions of the Excel modules and the guide are delivered free of charge upon Customer's request.

CUSTOMERS

The amount paid is not refundable. Prices, terms, and availability are subject to change without notice. All prices quoted are in Canadian currency.

PRIVACY

The Academy adheres to the Privacy Act of Canada.

OTHER

This Purchase agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
